Pewsey Vale Eden Valley Riesling is grown on the historic estate vineyard, dedicated solely to Riesling. The site once held the Eden Valley's earliest vineyard, established in 1847, though the original vines are long gone.

The vineyard is grown high in the hills surrounding the Barossa Valley. It has an average altitude of nearly 500 metres, resulting in cooler temperatures and a longer ripening period that is essential for quality Riesling fruit.

Pale straw, Pewsey Vale Eden Valley Riesling has citrus flavours with a hint of tropical fruit, finishing with a soft natural acid and minerality. Cellaring potential is seven years.
